AWS Mission to M|A|R|S

<h2><strong>The Mission to M|A|R|S hackathon brings together thousands of talented developers, designers and entrepreneurs to compete for six months to build amazing prototypes using select AWS services.</strong></h2><p><strong>*WARNING* This is NOT another space hackathon, M|A|R|S stands for M</strong>achine Learning<strong>, A</strong>rtificial Intelligence<strong> and R</strong>obotics and you can <strong>build anything you are passionate about</strong>.</p><p>Choose From Three Challenge Tracks: <strong>M</strong>achine Learning, <strong>A</strong>rtificial Intelligence or <strong>R</strong>obotics. Follow each challenge to find specific requirements and prizes.</p><p><strong>Best Overall Prize</strong>: top two teams from each track will win entrance into the M|A|R|S Accelerator in addition to cash and AWS credits to take their application from prototype to an M.V.P.</p><p><strong>Grand Prize Winner</strong>: After the M|A|R|S Accelerator the top teams will present in front of AWS executives and industry experts for a chance to compete for $20,000usd in cash and $50,000usd in AWS credits to bring their application to market.&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>For all challenges take into consideration these judging criteria:</u></strong></p><blockquote><p>Use of Technology (10 points): Was the use of the AWS technology relevant and did the technology accentuate the solution?</p></blockquote><blockquote><p>Social Impact (10 points): To what degree did the team create a solution that has a net positive effect on a community and the well-being of individuals and families?</p></blockquote><blockquote><p>Inclusivity (10 points): Was the solution built with the intention of including people who might otherwise be excluded or marginalized, such as those who are handicapped or learning-disabled, or racial or sexual minorities.</p></blockquote><blockquote><p>Scalability (5 points): Will this solution scale well given the opportunity?</p></blockquote><blockquote><p>Design (5 points): Was the UX/UI intuitive and appealing?</p></blockquote>
